I would like to thank you both for the excellent service I received from EEP following my recent order of embalming equipment.

I placed my order online and received everything I ordered 48 hours later. That standard of service is nothing short of outstanding!

I am delighted with everything in my order, including the pressure bottle and pump. I was also pleased to receive the complimentary bottles of both your arterial and cavity fluids. I look forward to using these in the near future. As you are aware, I am still undergoing my training and am hopefully going to complete my final module in September. I attended a case last Saturday morning with my tutor and asked him if I could bring my own equipment as I was keen to see it in use. He was more than happy for me to do so and I had the opportunity of using it fully. The ease with which everything connected together was a delight and my tutor even commented on the quietness of the pump.

Having my own full set of equipment, funded by the Funeral Director who intends using me for all of her cases, has been a significant step forward in my journey to qualifying.

I have also informed the other students within my cohort of the service provided by EEP.

If you will be at the National Funeral Exhibition next month in Coventry, I will look forward to meeting you in person.
